See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 15, 2024, Mr. Berxhiku requested: [1.] Can you share the meeting notes (minutes) where it was decided to hire this outside law firm to oppose my request for public records? [2.] …the meeting notes between the town council and [an identified individual], as he indicated on his response I had emailed you on 01/31/2024. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Berxhiku petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0660, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Berxhiku with a response dated March 11, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Berxhiku may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
