See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 1, 2023, Mr. Beach requested the following records: [1.] All Chapter X inspection reports in the possession of the Town. [2.] All Chapter X “As-Built Certification” forms submitted to the Town. [3.] All complaints regarding drainage, sedimentation control, or other Storm water Management issues. Previous appeals This request was the subject of previous appeals. See SPR24/0113 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (January 29, 2024) and SPR24/0467 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (February 16, 2024). The Town responded on February 12, 2024, February 26, 2024 and March 1, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Town’s responses, Mr. Beach petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0668, was opened as a result. In an email dated March 12, 2024, Mr. Beach informed this office that he has received a further response from the Town and wishes to withdraw the administrative appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
