See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 18, 2024, Ms. Rowley requested “…copies of the appropriations and expenditures of capital improvement program funds for the Buttonwood Park Zoo for the period 2014 to 2024, inclusive. If available, please provide a breakout of costs by year and/or by project.” The City responded on March 5, 2024. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Ms. Rowley petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0690, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Ms. Rowley with a supplemental response on March 15, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s March 5, 2024 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Rowley may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s March 15th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
