See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 1, 2024, Mr. Mazurczyk requested, “copies of photo images (in their original format) [an identified officer] sent to [identified individuals] in an email containing following header. . . .” The Town responded on February 15, 2024. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Mazurczyk petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0709, was opened as a result. It is my understanding that the Town intends on providing a further response to Mr. Mazurczyk to address his records request. Accordingly, the Town is ordered to provide Mr. Mazurczyk with said response in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
