See G. L. c. 66 § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 7, 2024, Ms. Hamilton-McKeon requested, “…my police record from Yarmouth Police Department.” The Department provided a response on March 8, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Ms. Hamilton-McKeon petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0722, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided a further response to Ms. Hamilton- McKeon on March 8, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s initial March 8, 2024 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Hamilton- McKeon may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s subsequent March 8, 2024 response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
