See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 30, 2023, Ms. Stanisewski requested: [1] … [N]ewspaper article in 2011 for Doc 24/2011 the Public Hearing Notice that went out in 2011…[;] [2] [T]he ordinance 2013-45 and … copy of the Public Hearing Notice …[;] [3] [A]ny subsequent changes made to the ordinance on [an identified street] regarding times and the Public Hearing Notices that were in the Eagle Tribune for these changes …[;] [4] [T]he specific department that removes and replaces signage on Public Streets and where are they pulling the times for the ordinance from …[;] [5] [A]ny ordinance or law passed that the Frost School can block all lanes of traffic for drop off and pick up, where residence on the end of [specified street] are blocked from going to their home …[;] [6] [I]s there a law that a lane needs to be open for emergency vehicles fire, police and EMS … who is the department that is supposed to enforce it? ...[;] [7] [I]nformation on Lawrence Ma code of ordinances Chapter 12.32 Lawrence complete streets policy and regulation …[;] [8] [W]hen [a specified street] was repaved why wasn’t the complete streets policy and regulation followed under ordinance 12.32.010… Which department is in charge of that ordinance getting implemented? The City responded on December 14, 2023. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Ms. Stanisewski petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0764, was opened as a result. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s December 14, 2023 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Stanisewski may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s March 12th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
