Ralph appealing the nonresponse of the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security (Office) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 20, 2024, Attorney Ralph requested “[a] copy of the User Agreement / Memorandum of Understanding for the use of the Coplink Database System[.]” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Attorney Ralph petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0769, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office provided Attorney Ralph with a response dated March 12, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
