DePasquale, Esq., appealing the nonresponse of the Department of State Police (Department) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 6, 2024, Attorney DePasquale requested: [1.] The entire file of the Massachusetts State Police to include but not be limited to reports, narratives, statements, interviews, scene examination, vehicle examinations, measurements, diagrams, calculations and field notes. [2.] The entire file of the Woburn Police Department to include but not be limited to reports, narratives, statements, interviews, scene examination, vehicle examinations, measurements, diagrams, calculations and field notes. [3.] The Massachusetts State Police Accident Reconstruction Report. [4.] The Woburn Police Department Accident Reconstruction Report. [5.] All photographs and videos in the custody of the Massachusetts State Police depicting the accident scene and the vehicles involved in this accident, as well as regarding the police investigation of this accident. Such photographs are requested to be provided in digital jpg format). [6.] All videos depicting the accident’s occurrence, the accident scene and the involved vehicles before during and after the accident. [7.] All body camera and cruiser camera videos. [8.] The Woburn Police Department Dispatch Log. [9.] The Massachusetts State Police Dispatch Log. [10.] The 911 calls and radio transmissions. [11.] All operator and witness statements. [12.] All statements and interviews (including notes of interviews with) [an identified individuals], any vehicle operators involved in this accident, and any witnesses and participants to this accident. [14.] Bosch Crash Data Retrieval download for any vehicles involved. [15.] Woburn Fire Department & EMS logs and reports. [16.] All Applications for Search Warrants, Affidavits in Support of Applications for Search Warrants, Search Warrants and Return of Officer Serving Search Warrants. [17.] A complete copy of all dashcam videos from the vehicles involved in this collision. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Attorney DePasquale petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0811, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Attorney DePasquale with a response dated March 18, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
