See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 1, 2024, Ms. Wagner requested, “... copies of the documents that are mentioned on p.8 of the Opinion and Award document (‘In the Matter of Arbitration between Massachusetts Department of State Police and State Police Association of Massachusetts, AAA# 01-22-0001-5905, Class: Action’.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Wagner petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0813, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Ms. Wagner with a response dated March 25, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Wagner may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
