See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 1, 2024, Ms. Lambert requested, “[a]ll findings related to submissions by the Department of Correction on [an identified individual] from January 1, 2023 to present.” On February 20, 2024, the School responded. Unsatisfied with the School’s response, Ms. Lambert petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0824, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided a further response to Ms. Lambert on March 28, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s February 20th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Lambert may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s March 28th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
