See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 10, 2024, the requestor sought “[a]ll invoices paid to any legal service provider for the time period January 1, 2019 – March 10, 2024.” Prior Petition This request was the subject of a prior petition. See SPR24/0809 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (March 22, 2024). On March 22, 2024, SPR24/0809 was opened for reconsideration. Concurrent with its petition, the School responded on March 15, 2024, providing a fee estimate. Unsatisfied with the response, and objecting to the fees, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0870, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided a further response on March 27, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s March 15th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. The requestor may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s March 27th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
