See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 11, 2024, Mr. Herman requested a “... copy of any agreement between Roxbury Community College and [an identified individual].” The College responded on March 22, 2024. Unsatisfied with the College’s response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0874, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the College intends on providing a supplemental response to Mr. Herman. Accordingly, the College is ordered to provide Mr. Herman with said response to the request in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Regulations and this order within ten business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the College’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
