See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 10, 2024, the requestor sought “[a]ll invoices paid to any legal service provider for the time period, January 1, 2019 – March 10, 2024.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0942, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the District provided a response to the requestor on March 27, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the District’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. It is my understanding that the requestor has appealed the District’s March 27th response resulting in a new appeal, which is currently opened as SPR24/0953.
