See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 16, 2024, Ms. Kinlok requested: [a]ll emails and text messages sent to; sent from; or sent between any and all Select Board members, or sent to or from the Town Administrator or Staff, regarding the Pride Flag and/or the Town Flag Policy and/or the display of any flags or bunting of any kind on the Holliston Town Hall and/or the Holliston Public Library from January 1, 2019 to the present[.] The Town provided a response on March 25, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. Kinlok petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0996, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Ms. Kinlok with a response dated April 4, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s March 25th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Kinlok may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s April 4th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
