See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 15, 2024, Ms. Padovani requested “a copy of the unredacted investigational information about me, the Town of Carver is conducting through Clifford and Kenney. I also request all financial documents that the town has paid to Clifford and Kenney.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Padovani petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/0998, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Ms. Padovani with responses on April 3, and April 4, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Padovani may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s responses within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
