The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records April 5, 2024 SPR24/1036 Ann Gagnon Records Access Officer Middleborough Public Schools 30 Forest Street Middleborough, MA 02346 Dear Ms. Gagnon: I have received the petition of Commonwealth Transparency appealing the response of the Middleborough Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 26, 2024, the requestor sought “[a]ny and all email communications which contains ‘1367661’ (without quotes), and/or ‘1367661.v1’ (also without quotes) including any attachments. This requests includes but is not limited to email, email-attachments, text messages, calendar entries, voice mail messages and/or physical documents.” The School responded on April 2, 2024. Unsatisfied with this response, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1036, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided the requestor with a response on April 5, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s April 2, 2024 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. The requestor may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s April 5th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
