Courtney, of the Foundation for Fair Contracting of Massachusetts, appealing the nonresponse of the Libertas Academy Charter School (School) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 14, 2024, Ms. Courtney requested, “...all records, contracts, leases and any other documents regarding the initiating, funding, managing, designing etc. of the construction of the new charter school.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Courtney petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1041, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided Ms. Courtney with a response dated April 10, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
