See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 4, 2024, Ms. Rowley requested the following records: [1.] Application for accreditation and/or reaccreditation by the Association of Zoos & Aquarium (AZA). [2.] Accreditation and/or reaccreditation, rejection or extension(s) granted by the AZA for 2023. [3.] Accreditation and/or reaccreditation, rejection or extension(s) granted by the AZA for 2024. [4.] Reports including audit visits by the AZA Accreditation team. The City responded on March 5, 2024. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Rowley petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1045, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a further response to Ms. Rowley on April 8, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s March 5th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Rowley may appeal the City’s April 8th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
