The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records April 12, 2024 SPR24/1061 Ann S. McDonald, Esq. General Counsel Framingham State University 100 State Street Framingham, MA 01701 Dear Attorney McDonald: I have received the petition of Christopher J. O’Donnell appealing the nonresponse of the Framingham State University (University) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 21, 2024, Mr. O’Donnell requested the following: [1.] The name, title and salary of all full-time non-unit profession (NUP) and full- time non-unit classified (NUC) employees at Framingham State University employed on March 15, 2024[;] [2.] The name, rank and salary of all full-time MSCA bargaining unit employees at Framingham State University employed on March 15, 2024. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. O’Donnell petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1061, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the University provided Mr. O’Donnell with a response dated March 25, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the University’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. O’Donnell may appeal the substantive nature of the University’s March 25th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records cc: Christopher J.
