See G. L. c. 66 § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 8, 2024, Ms. Mulready requested “[a] copy of the crash report from crash 1-8-24 . . .” The Department provided a response on February 23, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Ms. Mulready petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1078, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided a further response to Ms. Mulready on April 16, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s February 23, 2024 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Mulready may appeal the Department’s April 16, 2024 response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
