The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records April 22, 2024 SPR24/1132 Jonathan Ruda Town Administrator Town of Dudley 71 W Main Street Dudley, MA 01571 Dear Mr. Ruda: I have received the petition of David Durgin appealing the response of the Town of Dudley (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 8, 2024, Mr. Durgin requested: [1] legal invoices … FY2024 November, December, January and February [2] … the Dudley Women’s Club’s check(s) to the [Town] for the refurbishment/rebuilding/creation of the “Fun Zone” … and park outside Dudley municipal center. The Town responded on March 11, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Durgin petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1132, was opened as a result.
