See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 26, 2024, Ms. Bartlett requested, “[a]ll audited financial statements and documentation submitted by Steward Health Care or its subsidiaries to EOHHS from January 2023 through the date of this request.” The Office responded on April 9, 2024 and April 17, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Office’s responses, Ms. Bartlett petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1172, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office provided a further response to Ms. Bartlett dated April 26, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s April 9, 2024 and April 17, 2024 responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Bartlett may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s April 26th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
