See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 29, 2024 Mr. Lavery requested: …copies of the Mowing Contracts for the Cranberry Bog…. The document is actually titled, “Bog Maintenance Agreement.”…I am looking for all signed copies dating back to 2015….There should be one per year. … But if … unsigned copies are all you have, I would like to have them …. The Town responded on April 10, 2024. Following the April 10th response, Mr. Lavery modified his request, stating: Can we start with just the most recent (last year?), and then work backwards? … No need to wait until you have them all at once. … 2016 would be the earliest [year] … I do not need any drafts or unsigned copies or ancillary documentation. The Town further responded on April 12, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Lavery petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1174, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Lavery with a response dated April 22, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s April 12th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Lavery may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
