Reilly appealing the nonresponse of the Board of Registration in Medicine (Board) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 8, 2024, Ms. Reilly requested “a copy of the following records: Board of Registration In Medicine Complaint, Docket #22-249, submitted May 4, 2022—the complete and entire case file, including but not limited to the information and records relied upon to render their decision.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Reilly petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1209, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Board provided Ms. Reilly with a response dated April 24, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Board’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Reilly may appeal the substantive nature of the Board’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
