See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 9, 2024, Mr. Cianciolo requested “[an identified individual’s] name and salary.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Cianciolo petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1253, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Cianciolo with a response dated May 3, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. It is my understanding that Mr. Cianciolo has appealed the Department’s May 3, 2024 response resulting in a new appeal which is currently opened as SPR24/1367.
