See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 9, 2024, Mr. Mason requested “[a]ll reports, photographs and videos of March 4, 2024 (11:00 am) incident which occurred on Stockbridge Ave where a tractor tail pulled down wires and damaged the National Grid Pole.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Mason petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1279, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Mr. Mason with a response on April 29, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mason may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
