See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 22, 2024, Mr. Herman requested: …copies of any and all communications related to my communications with [the Authority] from March 20, 2024 to the present. Communications include, but are not limited to, emails, text messages, letters, memoranda, faxes, and/or notes. Previous appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR24/0980 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (April 12, 2024). In my April 12th determination, I learned that the Authority intended on providing a supplemental response. The Authority responded on May 1, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Authority’s May 1st response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1326, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Authority provided Mr. Herman with a further response dated May 1, 2024. Where this appeal was opened a result of the Custodian’s initial May 1st response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
