See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 19, 2024, Mr. Lavery requested “copies of all the matching Checks/ Encumbered Fund Notices/Payments under the Carlisle Cranberry ‘Bog Maintenance Agreement’ or its analogs from 2016 to the present? Including FY 2023?” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Lavery petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1388, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Lavery with a response dated May 8, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Lavery may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
