Hayes appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Scituate (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 3, 2024, Mr. Hayes requested: [1.] The change of address date [an identified individual] moved from [an identified address] into [an identified address.] [2.] The date at Scituate Post office in which the mail was delivered to [an identified address] in [an identified individual]’s name: change od address[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Hayes petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1418, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Hayes with a response dated May 10, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
