See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 26, 2024, Ms. Jochem requested: [1] Any call logs from the past two years that mentioned [an identified individual]... [2] Any police reports from the past two years that mention [an identified individual]... The Department responded on April 26, 2024. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Jochem petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1419, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Ms. Jochem with a supplemental response dated May 16, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s April 26th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Jochem may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s May 16th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
