See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 17, 2024, Mr. Blankenship requested: [1.] All requests with names of people banks or agencies individuals who requested from the town hall in reference and regarding [an identified address]. [2.] Any records of public requests by other government agencies and citizens or others, regarding [an identified address]. [3.] Any complaints with names of complainers made in reference to [an identified address]. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Blankenship petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1434, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Blankenship with a response on May 21, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Blankenship may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
