See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 30, 2024, Ms. Dumais-Carey requested, “…a copy of the charge file pertaining to the [University] Equal Opportunity office (EOO) retaliation complaint I filed on December 9, 2023 against [two identified individuals].” The University responded on May 1, 2024 and May 2, 2024. Unsatisfied with the University’s responses, Ms. Dumais-Carey petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1451, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the University provided Ms. Dumais-Carey with a response dated May 23, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the University’s May 1st and May 2nd responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Dumais-Carey may appeal the substantive nature of the University’s May 23rd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
