See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 29, 2024, Ms. Hamilton-McKeon requested, “…any and all records responsive to an investigation regarding the Sex in the Bathroom that was reported in July 2023.” The School responded on May 10, 2024, and provided responsive records. Unsatisfied with this response, Ms. Hamilton-McKeon petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1459, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided Ms. Hamilton-McKeon with a further response on May 15, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s May 10th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Hamilton-McKeon may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s May 15th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
