John Pyers SPR24/1519 Page 2 May 24, 2024 interest law disclosure form under G.L. c. 268A, § 28 for the following Lowell School Committee public body members…[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Ortiz petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1519, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a response to Ms. Ortiz on May 23, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. It is my understanding that Ms. Ortiz has appealed the City’s May 23, 2024 response resulting in a new appeal which is currently opened as SPR24/1584.
