See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 8, 2024, the requestor sought, “…the educational credentials of [an identified individual] which meet the minimum qualifications for the position of Assistant Superintendent of Finance and Accounting … to which she was promoted on May 3, 2021….” The School responded on May 21, 2024, and provided records. Unsatisfied with the School’s response, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1579, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided the requestor with a response on June 3, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s May 21st response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. The requestor may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s June 3rd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
