See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 9, 2024, the requestor sought, “…any communications regarding, including or otherwise referencing the attached email from OpenCommonwealth.org originally sent Monday April 15, 2024 at 10:02:39 AM. This request specifically seeks but is not limited to any forwarding of the attached email, and any routing of this email and any responses.” The City provided a response on May 24, 2024. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1590, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided the requestor with a response on June 3, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s May 24th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. The requestor may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s June 3rd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
