See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 3, 2024, Mr. Teague requested records “. . . regarding the implementation of the attached authorization to borrow (hereinafter LOAN) which the City Council passed to a second reading on May 2, 2022”[:] [1] All lender agreements this LOAN from May 2, 2022 to the present day. [2] All payments by the [City] to the lender for this LOAN from May 2, 2022 to present day. [3] All documents for disbursements from this LOAN from May 2, 2022 to the present day. On May 17, 2024, the City provided a response. As a result of the City’s May 17th response, Mr. Teague petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1591, was opened. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned the City provided Mr. Teague with a response on June 7, 2024, which included responsive records. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s May 17th response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Teague may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s June 7th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
