See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 20, 2024, the requestor sought the following records: [T]he following documents/records in the possession or under the control of town/city for the period any time prior to and through May 21, 2024: Time [sic] Any and all electronic mail and calendar information exclusively for the [specified email address] account including any draft and any deleted items: The City responded on May 28, 2024, asking the requestor “to define a scope for the emails sought from the City of Malden sever.” Unsatisfied with the City’s response, the requestor appealed, and this case was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the City provided a supplemental response by email to the requestor and this office on June 5, 2024. As this appeal was opened based on the City’s May 28th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, the requestor may further appeal the substantive nature of the City’s June 5th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
