Gibson appealing the response of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 14, 2024, Mr. Gibson requested the following records: [1] Public Records Request (MassDOT): P000097-011424 (the “Request for Traffic Projections”). [2] Public Records Request (MassDOT): P000098-011424 (the “Request for Survey Results”). [3] Public Records Request (MassDOT): P000099-011424 (the “Request for Emails”). Previous appeals This request was the subject of previous appeals. See SPR24/0956 and SPR24/0958 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (April 11, 2024). In my April 11th determination, it was my understanding that MassDOT intended to provide a supplemental response to Mr. Gibson. MassDOT responded on May 16, 2024. Unsatisfied with MassDOT’s response, Mr. Gibson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1599, was opened as a result. It is my understanding that MassDOT intends on providing a further response to Mr. Gibson. Accordingly, MassDOT is ordered to provide Mr. Gibson with said response in a manner consistent with the Public Records Law and its Regulations within 10 business days.
