Hutchinson, Esq. appealing the response of the Department of Public Utilities (Department) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 22, 2024, Attorney Hutchinson requested a “compete [sic] copy of your file on [a specified] case.” The Department provide a response on May 24, 2024, including responsive records. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Attorney Hutchinson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1610, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided a supplemental response to Attorney Hutchinson and this office on June 10, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s May 24th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Hutchinson may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s June 10th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
