See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 10, 2024, Mr. Miller requested, “a list of out-of-state trips City of Cambridge employees took in FY23, including the name and title of the employees, their department, the destination of their trips, and the total cost.” The City responded on May 28, 2024. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Miller petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1611, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a further response on June 10, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s May 28, 2024 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Miller may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s June 10th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
