See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 29, 2024, Mr. Menard requested: [1] All emails to and from [an identified individual] to [3 identified individuals] regarding DPW and Camera work over the last 18 months[;] [2] All emails to and from [an identified individual] to [2 identified individuals] regarding DPW and camera work over the last 18 months[;] [3] Information about the camera grant that [an identified individual] said that the Town received and what they can and cannot do with this funding[;] [4] [Two identified individual]’s hourly pay rate as well as a weekend rate[;] [5] Camera, material and labor cost for this camera project across town and which locations will receive cameras and how this was decided[; and] [6] All executive session meetings regarding DPW and camera work and installation at 700 Middle Road. The Town responded on May 14, 2024, May 17, 2024, and May 31, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Town’s responses, Mr. Menard petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1663, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Menard with a response on June 4, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s May 14th, May 27th and May 31st responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Menard may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s June 4th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
