See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 5, 2024, Mr. Cianciolo requested the “[y]early salary of [an identified individual]… as well as position description” and the “title, job description and salary” of another identified individual. MassDOT provided a response on June 6, 2024. Unsatisfied with MassDOT’s response, Mr. Cianciolo petitioned this office and this case was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that MassDOT provided a supplemental response by email to Mr. Cianciolo and this office on June 11, 2024. As this appeal was opened based on MassDOT’s June 6, 2024 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Mr. Cianciolo may appeal the substantive nature of MassDOT’s June 11th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
