See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 21, 2024, Mr. Hilliard requested the following: [1.] Resumes of current Board of Assessors members [2.] Any mayoral appointments for the Board of Assessors from Sept. 1, 2023 to present [3.] Fiscal 2022 employee payroll [4.] Fiscal 2023 employee payroll Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Hilliard petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1751, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Mr. Hilliard with a response on June 13, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. It is my understanding that Mr. Hilliard has appealed the City’s June 13, 2024 response resulting in a new appeal, which is currently opened as SPR24/1790.
