See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 14, 2024, Mr. Kubik requested, “a copy of all records, from all sources, as it relates to the police response” regarding an “incident [that] took place on 5/12/24, some time between 2:45 and 3:345 at gate B38 at Logan airport.” The Department provided a response on June 10, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Kubik petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1764, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided a further response on June 14, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s June 10th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Kubik may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s June 14th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
