See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 5, 2024, Mr. delGuidice requested, “[a]ny calls for service or 911 calls received on Wednesday May 22, 2024 from the vicinity of, or regarding McIntire Road in Fitchburg, MA.” The Department provided a response on June 6, 2024 and asserted Exemption (f) to withhold the responsive record. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. delGuidice petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1804, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. delGuidice with a further response on June 25, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s June 6, 2024 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. delGuidice may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s June 25th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
