Magraw appealing the nonresponse of the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 24, 2024, Mr. Magraw requested “[c]opies of the autopsy report of [a named individual].” On June 5, 2024, Mr. Magraw also requested “a referenced document on the enclosed trial transcript pages.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Magraw petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1818, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office provided Mr. Magraw with a response dated June 26, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
