See G. L. c. 66 § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 8, 2024, Mr. Cesarone requested: I wish to access email communications from the Cannabis Control Commission, please include all emails that include the suffix “CCCMass.com” that were sent to or received from “director@masscannabiscoalition.com” and “masscannabiscoalition@gmail.com” and …@pharmacann.com. Please only include communications sent or received between the dates of February 1 and May 7 of this year (2024). The Department provided a response on May 22, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Cesarone petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1980, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Department provided a supplemental response on July 16, 2024. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s May 22nd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Cesarone may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s July 16th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
