See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 30, 2024, Ms. Richardson requested the following records: [1.] All materials, handouts, files, and resources related to, used during, or distributed to attendees of any of DESEʼs Comprehensive Health and Physical Education (CHPE) Framework topics professional development sessions held on: 3/6/24 (DESE in Everett), 3/20/24 (Fort Taber in New Bedford), 4/11/24 (LPVEC in West Springfield), 5/6/24 (Devens Conference Commons in Devens), and 5/21/24 (Framingham State University). [2.] The full, unedited recording of any of the professional development sessions mentioned in request #1. [3.] All lists of registered attendees and presenters from the professional development sessions mentioned in request #1. [4.] The title, web address, author, or publisher of any curriculum or instructional resource recommended or suggested to attendees, whether verbally or in writing, during or following any of the professional development sessions mentioned in request #1. Despite being notified of the opening of this appeal, it remains unclear whether the Department has provided a response.
