See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Dean Papademetriou, Esq. SPR24/2028 Page 2 July 30, 2024 Previous Appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR24/1423 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (May 22, 2024). In my May 22nd determination, I closed SPR24/1423 in light of the Authority providing Ms. Anderson with a written response on May 14, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Authority’s response, Ms. Anderson petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR24/2028, was opened as a result. Conclusion Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the Authority provided a supplemental response by email to Ms. Anderson and this office on July 18, 2024. As this appeal was opened based on the Authority’s May 14th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Ms. Anderson may further appeal the substantive nature of the Authority’s July 18th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
